I crochet this baby bib from a recycled white tee-shirt that was cut into one continuous strip about 1/4 inch wide. I then pull gently on the strip to stretch the strip which makes it curl. Once you have this curled t-yarn, it wonderful to crochet or knit with. I have a tutorial here that shows how to make the curled t-yarn.
