The top is made in individual pieces and then crocheted together, and once finished you will want to put it straight on and show it off with a triumphant “Ta-da!”

Made with Katia Fair Cotton , this 100% organic cotton yarn is ideal for light-weight summer tops.

Size –

To fit bust sizes: Extra Small (30 – 32 inches), Small (33 – 35 inches), Medium (36 – 38 inches) and Large (39 – 41 inches)

Materials required –

5 balls of Fair Cotton for the main colour and 1 of each of the 3 contrasting colours for sizes Extra Small, Small and Medium.

6 balls of Fair Cotton for the main colour and 1 of each of the 3 contrasting colours for the Large size.

Gauge -

Gauge is important with this project. Choose the size of crochet hook according to the size of the garment you would like to make, then make a square to test the gauge.
For example, each side of the square should measure 8.25 cm if making the extra small size, 9 cm if making the small size, 10 cm if making the medium size, 10.75 cm if making the large size.

The recommended yarn has a certain amount of stretch which will give your garment a 1 cm - 4 cm negative ease when crocheted together.
