This sweater is knit from the top down (which means you can try it on as you go and adjust the length to your preference), beginning with the collar. First some short rows are worked back and forth to create a higher back neck and then the yoke is worked top down to sleeve separation. The yoke has beautiful colorwork that uses 2 different contrast colors. Then you will separate the sleeves placing them on hold while the body is finished. The body is worked in the round down to the hem. The sleeves are worked the last (3 quarter or full length) to the cuff, picking up stitches for the underarm. The hem and the cuffs are accentuated with 2 color corrugated ribbing.
