Scheepjes Stone washed yarn in colours
Black Onyx ( Black) 2 Balls with some left over 
Moonstone ( White )
Boulder Opal ( Brown )
Rose Quartz ( Pink ) small amount

Of course, you can use any yarn you wish, just make sure you use the correct size hook the yarn calls for.

9mm Black safety eyes

3.5mm hook

Stuffing, Tapestry needle, Stitch markers 

18cm night using recommended materials
