Note
Hat is worked in the round from the bottom up. The brim is worked from a provisional cast on and is folded in half to create a double thickness. Blocking over a plate gives beret its flat, disc-like shape.

Note
ブリムから頭頂に向かって編むベレー帽. ブリムは後から解ける作り目で 編み, 真ん中で折り返し二重になっている. 平らな皿を用いてブロッキングすることで円盤形のベレーの形になる.
