Taco Booties
by Laura M.
Who wouldn’t want to dress a baby up in taco booties?
These tiny tacos are made with five colors of yarn. The booties themselves are made up of two colors - yellow for tortilla (although a nice tan with some dark brown specs would work equally well if you’re more a fan of flour tortillas), and green for the heel and tongue, although any dark color would do (I tried using white, and it required more yarn to fill in the toppings. A darker color allows for less densely filled toppings to not look like a thin taco.
I also used green, orange and red yarn (in worsted) for the toppings.
As written, this pattern is sized for a 6 month old.
