The Taiga Cowl has instructions for a sock weight version and then a DK weight version that will appear in parenthesis. The DK weight version will have a little more bulk to it. Which makes it all the more wonderful to wear during a walk in the crisp winter woods, enjoying snow capped trees. Living in interior Alaska has provided many opportunities to take in the beauty of the forest year round and be the inspiration for the name of this cowl. I thank you for knitting the Taiga Cowl.
