Suitable for experienced knitters.
Round-neck cardigan in stocking stitch, shaped at the waistline, with plaid (argyle) pattern worked from chart, on fronts only, and additional swiss darning.
Yarn: Lister/Lee Motoravia 4 ply
6 (6, 7) x 50g balls Colour A (beige)
1 x 50g ball Colour B (green)
1 x 50g ball Colour C (rust)
Needles:
1 pair 2.75mm
1 pair 3mm
Chart in book for needle sizes lists 2.75mm needles as US size 1 and 3mm needles as US size 2. Use whatever size you need to obtain gauge.
Gauge:
14 sts. and 18 rows = 2in. square on 3mm needles.
