The pattern we’ve used for this pullover reminds me of quilting and it gives a lovely firm weave that keeps its shape and looks.

Just as tweeds rival smooth-faced velours and novelty woollens, so we find pullovers vying with prett-pretty jumpers. Tailored knitteds have stepped right into the limelight; a tailored pullover like this one is wise investment. You will find it beautifully warm without being bulky, even beneath a slim-fitting suit jacket. Wear it over your long-sleeved shirt blouse; whip on a frilly collar and cuffs and you will transform it into something dainty to wear in the afternoon.

5 oz of Patons Beehive Fingering 3-ply
