Please note: This has not been tested on sizes XL-5XL. If you are interested in testing one of these sizes, please message me and I can send a free copy of the pattern and work through any issues throughout the test.

The Take a Bow top is worked from the bottom up, in the round until you reach the armhole. The front is then worked back and forth, while the back is placed on spare needles or scrap yarn. The straps are worked in i-cord. The back is then reattached and worked back and forth and is seamed to the straps using a three-needle bind off while binding off. The bows are also worked up in i-cord.

The top is cropped in length and has about 2-4 inches of negative ease built into the sizes. There is a schematic provided so you can adjust the size made based on the positive ease you would like.

Suggested Yarn: Knit Picks Galileo or other sport weight yarn

Yardage: About 275, (300, 375, 450), (500, 550, 600), (675, 725) yards

Materials: Sport weight yarn, circular needles, double pointed needles, stitch markers (including 1 unique marker for the beginning of the round), scrap yarn or stitch holder, measuring tape, darning needle

Gauge: 20 stitches and 32 rows per 4x4 inch (or about 10.5 cm) square in stockinette, blocked
