Take Five, inspired by Dave Brubeck’s music, is a transitional season sweater, or for not too chilly climates. It has drop shoulders and elbow long sleeves (but you can custom it and make long or ¾ sleeves, as some of my testers did. Main details are the wide crater neck, with a doubled stockinette stitch edge and the reversible cables along the shoulders and at low edges, with lateral splits and the back edge longer than the front one. It’s wide and comfy and has a boxy line that fits everyone.

Yarn: Holst Garn Titicaca (100% alslMca 50 g, 400 m) Color Venetian 3 (3, 3, 4, 4, 5, 5) balls and Holst Garn Noble (95% extra fine Geelong, 5% cashmere, 50 g, 333 m) 3 (3, 4, 4, 5, 6, 6) cakes, color Cinnabar.

Take Five, dall’omonimo brano di Dave Brubeck, è una maglia per la mezza stagione o per i climi non troppo freddi, come quello della mia Liguria. Ha spalle scese e maniche al gomito. I dettagli più importanti sono lo scollo ampio e a cratere, con un bordo a maglia rasata doppiato e le trecce reversibili lungo le spalle e ai bordi inferiori, caratterizzati da spacchi laterali, con il bordo posteriore più lungo dell’anteriore. La vestibilità è ampia e confortevole e la struttura a scatoletta sta bene praticamente a tutte.
