Take To the Sea Baby Blanket pattern includes written instructions in English to make a lightweight baby blanket with simple cables and a moss stitch border.

If knitted as written, the blanket measures approximately 30.5 x 33.5 inches. Notes are included for calculating other sizes.

The model was made with yarn reclaimed from a sweater that had seen better days. This yarn was very thin - cobweb or lace - and the finished blanket weighed 188 grams. Yardage is extrapolated from this weight and assumes the yarn will be held double as it was when the model was being made.

This pattern is adaptable. You are creative. I can’t wait to see what you make!
