Take your Time
This pattern is 25% off until February 9. No code needed! Just place it in your cart and the discount will be applied automatically.
Sometimes, all we need is a bit more time. A bit more time to knit and relax before jumping on a hard task… A bit more time before finishing a pattern draft… Or perhaps just some time off.
Whatever it is… It’s OK. Take your time and breathe.

Tips for substituting
I used a silky single ply yarn for this design, which leads to a relaxed version. The brioche stitch opens up much more than if you use a heavily plied yarn. If you want something more bouncy than the drape shown here, go for a plied yarn! But make sure you check gauge carefully.
Needles: US 2½ (3 mm) and US 2 (2.75 mm) circular needles, at least 32” (80 cm) long.
Other notions: 5 buttons, approx. 12-15 mm diameter. Stitch markers, stitch holders, tapestry needle.
GAUGE
20 sts and 30 rows to 4” (10 cm) in Brioche stitch on US 2½ (3 mm) needles after blocking.
