The Takes Me Back sweater was inspired by late 80s/ early 90s fashion, and Coriandoli is the perfect yarn to convey that colourful and funky time in fashion.

The sweater is intermediate level, and worked from the bottom up, in the round, and the sleeves constructed in rows. The entire sweater uses double crochet Front Post & Back Post stitches, to give a squishy texture while still remaining airy. This sweater style, and the Coriandoli, will make you feel very cosy when you wear it.

This sweater is meant to be roomy and cosy, and has a slight batwing style, which means that there will be some bulk under the arms. And while the pattern is fairly simple, it can get confusing in some parts. So there are pictures throughout the pattern to help.
It is very important to make the gauge swatch, as your sweater could come out smaller, or larger, depending on your tension. Coriandoil is an airy yarn, and shouldn’t be worked with a tight tension. Stay relaxed :)
