There is a Right Side and Wrong Side to this cowl, but the WS is still wearable. It will almost look like an all garter cowl instead of the stitch variation from the RS.

This pattern is structured by a 10-round repeat. You can add (or subtract) length by changing the number of times you do the repeat.
-
Use Aran held double or Super Bulky on its own. To knit with yarn held double, you will need to divide your skein(s) in half before you begin.
-
Aran weight yarn held double - 280-285 yds / 261 m (128 g) OR Super Bulky weight yarn - 145-150 yds / 137 m (139g)

If you have difficulty switching from your larger needles to the smaller needles at the end of the pattern, I recommend knitting directly from the US 15 (10mm) onto the US 11 (8mm) for that transition row. This means you will be holding one of each size needle. (If you are right-handed, the larger needle will be in your left hand and you will work the stitches onto the smaller needle in your right hand).

In the .pdf, I’ve linked a YouTube video on how to knit through the back loop (for the bind off) for those of you who don’t know how.
