This scarf can be knit in as few or as many colors as you’d like. The pattern calls for worsted yarn held double, but you can use a bulky yarn instead. If you choose this route, you may want to check your gauge/yardage.

• My gauge was 11 sts = 3” (about 7 sts per 2 inches).
• Child and Adult lengths are provided, although you may alter the length as you see fit. The Adult size is 70 inches long, which suits taller people. For a person of average height, you may want to shorten your project to 60 inches long.
• For a Child scarf using 7 colors, I used 28.5 yds/26 m (13 g) per color of Knit Picks Brava Worsted.
