Talk to Me! Scarf
The best part of this scarf is that after the flowers are made, they are joined as the scarf is made--- minimizing the amount of ending off and joining that is usually done in constructing modular projects. The second best part is that the flowers are reversible, so turning flowers will not alter the appearance of the scarf. May also be worn as a belt or used as a garland, over a window treatment, or a soft sculpture piece over a bed.
I made this scarf after picking up this delicious yarn by Lion Brand, called Bonbons. They come in packs of 8 colors, 35 yds per adorable little skein---as irresistible as puppies. I used 2 packages: “Celebrate” and “Party”, both metallics, but you can easily get a scarf from one package. The yarn told me what it wanted to be, so I call it the “Talk to Me! Scarf”
