This pattern is an easy-to-knit cable repeat that resembles drifting snow or sand. The scarf pattern can be worked in any worsted weight or handspun yarn of a worsted weight. Additional yardage will be required if working this pattern in a DK weight.

Directions are given for the pictured striping pattern, but this pattern can be worked completely in a solid color and/or with thinner stripes.
