This is a beginner’s friendly project that can be knitted over and over again for years to come. It makes a wonderful gift, and is a fantastic wardrobe staple that continually reminds us of the value and warmth of cashmere.
This hat is worked from the bottom rib to the crown in 2x2 rib, then in a single broken rib. This is a very simple pattern but it is both charted and written for ease of understanding. This pattern requires a very accurate gauge, as it uses almost to the last 10 centimetres, 1 50 gram hank of DK weight June Cashmere.

Rib circumference (unstretched): 43cm
