This pattern is worked in 2 pieces then attached to a plastic egg. I used a variety of yarns and it comes out great. Pattern does include a slight variation for the different brands listed. Comes out best with thinner cotton. However drop the hook size and use thread or embroidery floss and it will also work to cover smaller eggs as well. Super cute decoration for Easter. Will also make a great gift!
