This is the first pattern of My Year of Techniques 2019.

A conversation with Padma on Ravelry about Tunisian crocheting and how to decrease led to me developing a decrease of my own. I wanted to see how this decrease could be used in a project so I wrote this hat pattern.

What I love about Tunisian crocheting in rounds is that it lets you work with two yarns at the same time. I have chosen gradient yarns for this project, a soft and cuddly Unisono in gray and a delicate Filigran in pink/purple.

Auf Ravelry hatte ich mit Padma über Abnahmen beim tunesischen Häkeln geredet und dabei eine Abnahme entwickelt. Und weil ich sie in einem Projekt ausprobieren wollte, habe ich diese Mütze gehäkelt.

Was ich an tunesichem Häkeln in Runden liebe, ist, dass man so wunderbar zwei Garne gleichzeitig verwenden kann. Für diese Mütze habe ich Farbverlaufsgarne gewählt, einmal kuschelige Unisono in grau und zum anderen zarte Filigran in rosarot.

Das Bündchen wird aus Kettmaschen gehäkelt.
