Tankar sweater is a slightly cropped loose-fitting boxy sweater with ribbing and garter stitch details around the neckline. Wide boat neck with a dropped-shoulder construction and shaping at the underarm make this a very flattering and classic look for all body sizes. This pattern is written for ten sizes with a finished bust of
79–166.5 cm / 31–65.5 inches. Recommended positive ease is 5–10 cm / 2–4 inches.

GAUGE
21 sts and 28 rows/rounds = 10 x 10 cm worked in stockinette both flat and in-the-round, blocked.
21 sts and 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm worked in garter stitch flat, blocked.
This project is knit both flat and in-the-round, so I recommend you make a gauge swatch using both styles. Sometimes you need to adjust the needle size from flat knitting to knitting in-the- round. When making the samples, I used a smaller needle tip for my purl rows to get an even tension.
