Tanuki Tom Nook Inspired
Inspired by Animal Crossing’s infamous shopkeeper, Tom Nook, this Tanuki (raccoon dog) is charming, though perhaps a bit of a cheapskate, and easy to make with this crochet pattern. Finished product measures about 9.5 inches tall depending on yarn used.
To make this pattern, you will need:
• Size G hook (4 mm) crochet hook
• Fiberfill or stuffing
• Needle with a large eye
• Sewing thread and sewing needle (or fabric glue)
• Small bit of felt in white, blue, and pink
• Worsted weight yarn in light brown, dark brown, cream, and blue
This pattern is at an easy level. You need to know how to single crochet in the round, slip stitch, and change colors. Six pages worth of detailed instruction in English and color photos of finished product will help guide you along.
Please don’t sell or redistribute ANY copies of this pattern VIA EMAIL OR PRINTED or in any other form. Finished products made may be sold, but please credit my pattern.
