Tara Tunic
Whether you wear this tunic with skinny jeans, leggings, or even as a short dress, you’ll always be in style with this cozy tunic without a lot of bulk.Work the body in the round from the bottom up, beginning with woven-look rib. An extra stitch in the reverse section between each twist stitch panel adds just enough extra width to the lower edge so it doesn’t fit too closely at the hips. The extra stitches are decreased out of work gradually for a slightly A-line shape. Divide the front and back at the armholes, and work them separately while shaping the raglan armholes. The sleeves are worked in the round to the bottom of the armhole in the same pattern as the body. After binding off to begin the sleeve cap, work back and forth. The body and sleeves are worked separately to avoid a lot of bulk in your lap while knitting.
