For those who need a cable “fix”, but don’t have time for garments or blankets, the Taranis set will surely delight. Featuring a celtic knot pattern on the mitts, and 4 cable panels on the hat, these patterns will be as fun to make as they are to wear.

Finished Measurements
Mittens: Small (medium, large) 8 (8.5, 8.75)“ hand circumference; mittens are meant to be worn with 1” positive ease; 9.5 (9.75, 10)” length from cuff to top.
Hat: small (medium, large) to fit 16 (17.5, 18)” brim circumference; 29.25 (32, 35)“ at widest circumference; to fit head circumference of 18-19.5 (20-20.5, 22-23.5)”; 8.75” tall for all sizes.

Errata (pictures are provided on errata link above).

Taranis Hat Pattern: Rnds 51-55: Rep Rnd 50, 5 times, substituting the next corresponding Rnd from Taranis Right Chart. 52 (68, 84) sts.

Taranis Right chart: Rnd 39 from Taranis Right chart has an symbol error in stitch columns 19-23. The symbol should instead be 2/1/2 LPC.

Taranis Left chart: Rnd 25 from Taranis Left chart has a symbol error in stitch column 23. Currently the symbol is for sssk and should instead be Dec5.

Rnds 51, 53 & 55 double decrease stitches on Taranis Left chart should be worked exactly the same way as the Taranis Right chart. As published, the double decreases are mirrored, which is incorrect.
