Tarantula: A Spider by Maiaracnido.
With this beginner friendly pattern you can crochet this, ideal for halloween 2021, tarantula.

Also you will learn a little bit about these creatures since the pattern refers to the parts of the spider by the real names: opisthosoma, prosoma, mobile appendages and pedipals. But dont worry I also explain them in simple words as: booty, head, and so on.

You may use any yarn weight as long as you use a suitable hook this will give you a variety of sizes to experiment with. But if you use weight 3 yarn the finished size should be arround 15x15cms and you only need arround 40grams.

The ENG version of this pattern is writen in US terms.

Another supplies that you need are:

• Polyester fiberfill or any stuffing.
• Tapestry needle.
• Leftover yarn of a contrast colour.
