Tassel Tote
Basking in the sun is the happiest place to be, with a large funky bag with you, shopping along a street of shops with keepsakes is a summer dream. The bag is large enough to hold all your essentials with enough room to toss in everything you buy along the way.
Techniques:
A large tote with double crochet stitches giving a minimal texture and making it a quick make. It can either be worked with a single strand for a soft texture or with two strands together for a structured and sturdy look. Bag is worked flat and then folded in half to seam the sides using tassels. The handle is worked with foundation stitches and a slip stitch border for a clean finish.
Directions for two strands held together are given in brackets.
