Tawashi come in all shapes, sizes, colors and patterns. Anything you could possibly want can be a tawashi! I have patterns for fruit, veggies, animals, flowers, fish, hearts, etc… The one thing they all have in common is they make cleaning FUN!
This is a very simple and easy pattern that looks pretty impressive. This little square could be paired up with some baby wash and make a terrific baby shower gift. Homemade soap and this tawashi would make a thoughtful gift for someone with sensitive skin.

This is not my pattern! I have simply translated it from a German book for you. The translation from Japanese to German was awful. I simply rewrote it for you to save you grief and aggravation.
