I had so much fun knitting my Harvey blanket design a few months ago, that during my summer break I had the urge to knit a blanket that was similar, but with twist!

Taylor incorporates longer blocks of purl stitches, and this time round they are staggered instead of stacked on top of each other - I think she makes the perfect “twin” to her blanket sibling. Although I’ve knitted my sample blanket in a pretty orchid colour, I think this design would look great in pretty much any shade (personally, I’d realy love to see it knitted in a dark inky blue).

Guage is not important as long as it remains consisten throughout the project
