Need to know…

The Tea Cozy hat is knit in the round from the bottom up, entirely in 2x1 rib. The hat has a hemmed fold, which simulates a hat fold – this is where the tea cozy name comes from! Eventually decreases are worked in to close the hat.

This pattern is suitable for beginners and is quick – one can be whipped up in 4/5 hours.

Sizes
The hat can be adapted to different sizes depending on style preference. There are 3 suggested sizes 1/2/3 in the pattern: 1=hipster fit/2= normal fit/3= normal fit for larger heads.
