Yarn & Hook size: For the step-by-step pictures I used Hobbii Rainbow 8/4 cotton with a 3mm hook, but you can use whatever yarn & hook size you like, as long as they match and you are happy with the resulting tension
Gauge: It does not really matter, as long as you keep the same gauge for all the hexies that you are going to sew together
Difficulty: beginner
Materials required:

• Any yarn of your choice (aprox. 6gr of 8/4 cotton, this means you can make 9 with a 50g/170m skein)
• Matching crochet hook
• Tapestry needle to sew ends
• Scissors
