Teche
Named for “the most handsomely endowed of the bayous”, (Harnett Kane, “The Bayous of Louisiana”), the Teche pullover is just that - handsome. Spare of form and composed of a simple, meditative stitch pattern, Teche embodies the misty stillness of the autumn bayou.
This trim pullover draws on classic details like a jewel neckline and set-in sleeves to present a nimble, tidy silhouette, while its simple square shape adds an element of modernity. Two sleeve options make Teche a year-round, ultra-wearable wardrobe staple. Teche is worked seamlessly from the top down using the contiguous method to shape the shoulders. Sleeve caps are shaped with short rows. Edges are trimmed in 1x1 ribbing with a neatly tailored Alternating Cable Cast On and matching bind-off.
