Tectum Cowl
tectum - means a cover or shield - it is also the word for cell, as in the cells of the honeycomb.

A dual sided reversible cowl with different and unique texture on each side.
Works up fast with Jumbo yarn and big needles.
Simple to knit slipped stitch lace pattern. The stitch pattern chart/description seems complex but is truly very simple.
