This pattern contains instructions for knitting Elephant, a small stuffed toy in my range,Teddy and Friends.

Elephant is knitted on double pointed needles and stands about 15-18 cm (6-7 inches) tall.

You will need approximately 30-50 metres of DK weight wool to knit one elephant plus dark yarn for embroidering the features of the face and some polyester or wool toy stuffing.

The body parts are knitted separately (using basic increases and decreases for shaping) and are sewn together.
