This is a pattern for a teddy all in one for a baby, originally published in Knit Today in a baby knits supplement. It has buttons down the front, a hood with teddy ears cream at the front and main colour at the back. 

Chest: 53, 56, 59 cm, length: 44, 47, 52 cm. You will need: 5, 6, 7 x balls main, 1 x ball contrast yarn.
