You are purchasing a pattern to make a sweater that seams and/or fastens in the back, footed leggings, and a hat with a fold-up ribbed cuff. The hat has two pom poms (instructions are included) and a teddy bear is embroidered on the front of the sweater. You can either embroider the ears, following the chart included, or crochet ears; instructions are included for the ears.

This pattern is sized for American Girl Bitty Baby®, Corolle Mon Bebe Classique®, Baby Stella®, and Cabbage Patch® babies. It will fit other soft-bodied baby dolls, but these are the ones I have used for fitting. Baby Stella® are shorter than the other two (as you will see from the pictures) so you may want to shorten the arms and legs. The American Girl Bitty Baby® is the largest of the dolls, so that is the size I knit for; you will see from the pictures that the outfit is a little long for Baby Stella®. If knitting for Cabbage Patch® I would cuff the bottoms instead of making feet.
