Teitur
Knitting pattern for a cosy warm vest for small gentlemen.
The vest fits perfectly over a longsleeved tee or a shirt.
The pattern is made with inspiration from the nordic knitting tradition of the Faroe Islands, which also inspired me when giving the little vest the name Teitur. An old Faroese name, meaning The Happy One.
Chest circumference (vest):

50 (50) 50 (100) 100 gr Rasmilla’s Yndlingsgarn
contrast colour:

Each colour is worked with double strand
Needles:
Circular needle 4 and 4½mm (UK 7 and 8/US 6 and 7).
40 cm for size 3/6mths and 1yr, and 60 cm for other sizes.
Dp needles size 4 (UK 8/US 6).
2 stitchmarkers
Buttons: 4-6 buttons for sizes 3/6mths and 1yr.
Buttons are not aquired for other sizes.
