This is another dragon created by the brilliant mind of Hannah Loveday (@kloversight). Telcera is known by two names depending on who you ask about her. Her second name is Hatchet. She is a duo faced dragon. She has a split personality and the two seem to constantly be at edge with each other. Telcera was given up by her mother at a young age due to her unnatural self. Hatchet became nasty and violent. Telcera herself is quiet and cautious. She lives in a witch’s hut that she made and practices voodoo. Telcera is an ice element dragon.
