This sturdy, warm “après ski sweater” was inspired by both the heavy Cowichan Sweaters of the Pacifuc Northwest as well as Scandinavian sweater traditions; resulting in a sweater which is both classic and interesting. Perfectly comfortable whether you are hanging out in the lodge after a day of skiing, or running weekend errands around town.

The Telluride zippered cardigan is knit with a bulky yarn, creating a heavy jacket-style cardigan with colorwork details at the hem and cuff, and a more elaborate design across the chest. The details include a mock-T neck, folded hem and ribbed cuffs. The sleeves are knit in the round, while the body and yoke are knit flat with a modified seamless raglan shaping. The unique construction of the raglan gives a subtly bowed line, accentuating the shoulders and creating better proportions for the jacket.
