This hat was designed for the Knitche shop pattern in the 2018 Chicago Yarn Crawl. It will be free during the Crawl in-store from 7/28-8/5. After that, the pattern will be available for purchase here. Use approx. 100 yards for simple hat with flat single thickness ribbed brim/ 125 yds if you would like to have a more substantial fold-up brim (shown here) or slouchy hat.
