This pattern is for one size. I did not include alternate sizes because it is so easy to add width and length if you want a larger size in this pattern. I made this for my daughter who takes ballet classes. She started wearing it at size 7-8 and it still fits her at size 10-12. My camera lense was filed down by my two year old with a sweater stone. I’d love to show you how pretty the puff sleeves are up close. :-(

Please note that the lace border is not included in the pattern.
