This rug brightens up a whole room. Thick and soft to stand on, machine washable (gentle), and quick to make. Who wouldn’t want to make this rug as a gift? Beware though - you may just want to keep it!!

Cord:
Maxi-Cord Braided 6mm, Super Bulky (5-6 wpi), 44505 Tangerine
2 skeins = 200.0 yards (182.9m)

Bonnie Craft Cord 6mm, Super Bulky (5-6 wpi), Purple
1 skeins = 50.0 yards (45.7m)

Yarn Note: If you do not wish to work with the craft cord, you can substitute 2 strands super bulky yarn or 4 strands worsted yarn. Your rug will only be as thick as the yarn/cord that you use to make it with. If you use a substitution then be aware that your gauge may be different from that stated.
