Teresa Legwarmers
Named these after my Aunt Teresa who is forever young. Also, I was a teenager in the ’80s and still think legwarmers are cool.
Needles:
These are knit in the round on DPNs. I suggest using double-points that are 7” or longer to comfortably accommodate the stitches over 3 DPNs.
Sizing:
The pattern is for one size but easily adjustable for height. You can add length or shorten in any of the three sections. As long as you are consistent, it won’t present a problem. They are intended to hit at the top of the knee. (But, that only matters in the sense that you want them to cling to your leg, and if they hit lower, they will be a bit looser.)
