• Fingering / 4ply weight yarn (50g/ 140-170m/ 152-185.9yds) such as: Sheepjes Cotton 8 (100% cotton, 50g/ 170m/ 185.9 yds), 4 skeins / 320g

• Or Scheepjes Organicon (100% Organic Soft Cotton, 50g/ 170m/ 185.9yds), 4 skeins / 320g

• Prototype: Aunt Lidia’s Classic 10 cotton crochet thread (100% mercerized cotton, #0 / Lace weight, size 10 crochet thread), 390g/ 1186yds, doubled for fingering weight

• Crochet hook 2.75 mm, stitch marker, winding board tor making tassels (can be made out of plastic canvas or cardboard), tapestry needle

• Approximately 30.5cm x 7cm (12’’ x 2 ¾’’) or 4 motifs x 1 motif piece of plastic canvas for reinforcing the bottom
