Texas Trellis Tee
Knitted flat from the bottom up, folded over and seamed, this pattern features basic stitches and simple construction.
This pattern has been tested and edited, however, the nature of the pattern means that everyone’s size will be slightly different. Numbers included in the pattern are an approximation and I am happy to help with any questions you may have about the math.
Skill Level:
Beginner-intermediate. Should know how to knit, purl, YO and basic seaming (video link provided).
Size and Gauge:
S, (M, L, 1X)
Chest circumference at underarm: 34, (38, 42, 46)”
Armhole length: 6.5, (8, 9, 10)”
Finished length (from hem to neckhole): 20, (22, 24, 26)” **
Gauge: 12 sts and 32 rows = 4” in garter stitch on size 9 needles, aggressively blocked. Shown with a size S on a 34” bust.
Some testers blocked more aggressively than others, so these measurements are an approximation. Please work and block pattern to your desired length.

2, (2, 3, 4) skeins.

This pattern can be created in any DK or light worsted weight yarn of any fiber. Several testers used a cotton yarn. Keep in mind that your gauge and sizing may change with using different fibers/weights.

US size 16” or longer US size 10.5, 10, 9 (6.5, 6, 5.5 mm) needles
Darning Needle
Stitch markers as needed (Locking markers are helpful for keeping track of the needle size changes)
