Texture Garden Cardigan was inspired by patchwork without seaming! It’s all about mix-matching colors and texture to create your own unique piece for your wardrobe.

It’s a stash busting design! Even if you run out of yarn. Maybe it’s your main color or the contrasts ones. No worries! This pattern is all about mixing/matching. So many ways to combine colors and the different stitch types.

• You can follow the instructions but not follow the color placement.
• You can bring in leftover yarn if you’re just missing that little bit.
• If you’re sick of knitting a certain stitch, you can change it to any of the other stitch types as long as it’s close to the intended row count to not change any of the measurements

CONSTRUCTION: Fronts and Back knit flat then side seams sewn together, leaving length for armhole opening. Sleeves then knit in the round.

SKILLS: knitting flat, knit and purl stitches, picking up stitches for sleeves, knitting in the round.

NEEDLES: US 6 / 4.0 mm, or size needed to obtain gauge

NOTIONS: stitch markers, spare needles/stitch holders, extra needles or DPNs in same needle size for 3-needle BO, tool for weaving ends, measuring tape, gauge ruler

GAUGE: 24 sts by 30 rows/rounds in 4”/10cm in average of all stitch types, after blocking. Stitch types listed in pattern.
