This baby blanket is made up of a series of stripes in stocking stitch and reverse stocking stitch with a moss stitch border and a broad mid section with a BABY motif in reverse stocking stitch.

I have chosen to use a fabulous pure 100% cotton yarn by Erika Knight which provides a gentle warmth and softness and is not irritating to baby’s sensitive skin in the way that some wool based yarns can be.

The baby blanket can be machine washed up to 40 degrees. I do not recommend tumble drying.
