This pattern combines mitered squares and textured stitchwork.
Mitered squares are assembled, stitches are then picked up along the edge of the squares and worked flat in different colors and stitches. Once the work reaches it’s final length, it is joined in the round, stitches are picked up and borders added. Lots of technique, color and fun!

This cowl could be made shorter or longer by adjusting the stitch patterns and adding more yarn for a longer option.

Knitter will need two sets of circular needles to accomplish the three needle bind offs.

This pattern uses 5 different colors, 100 yds (91 m) each of 4 colors and 62 yds (56.5 m) of 1 other color.

This is a great project for using mini skein sets or leftover stash yarns.
