SKILL LEVEL: Beginner

This nice, thick cocoon makes a great photography prop. Its textured stitches are achieved by crocheting 2 strands of worsted weight yarn together.

The cocoon works up quickly and should take less than an hour to make. Some knowledge of crochet is required, but explanations of all the stitches used are included.
