this sock has a patterned heel that creates a different look to the sock. the elastic quality of the patterning on the sock makes it extremely form-fitting and warm. I want to thank the chilidog on youtube and here on Ravelry for introducing me to this gusset heel, it is quick and easy. There are no stitches to pick up as well as it fits, and feels wonderful!
